  1. Use 1 kg Chicken fillets
  2. Prepare Egg, beaten 1 2 tbsp.corn flour
  3. Get 2 tbsp.flour

  5. Provide 1 tbsp.soya sauce

  1. Chicken fillets 1kg (thin, just pat them with a back of the spoon to slightly thin them, not like a chapati but not too thick either)
  2. Clean chicken fillet and marinate with all ingredients above and refrigerate for 4hrs atleast.
  3. In a box mix coating infredients together and put the fillets in it, close the cap and shake well. The fillets be nicely covered.
  4. Heat oil on hogh flame then lower the flame and deepfry these fillets until done.
  5. Put in burger buns, with mayo, cheese and chilli garlic sauce and enjoyssss!!!
