  1. Prepare 10 Medium-Large Jalapeños
  2. Prepare 8 oz cream cheese
  3. Provide 3 slices of bacon
  4. Provide 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  5. Get 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup chives (Green part)
  7. You need dash granulated Garlic
  8. Provide 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  9. Provide 2 tbsp E.V.O.O.
Instructions to make Awesome Stuffed Jalapeños:
  1. Heat cream cheese & a mix of mozzarella & cheddar in microwave, 30 seconds at a time till smooth
  2. While heating cheese, cut jalapeños in half and "tame" by removing seeds & rinsing with cold water.
  3. Add in chive, garlic & bacon to warm melted cheese mix.
  4. Mix well and prep to dispense into jalapeño halves.
  5. I use a frosting bag and my fingers to guide into the jalapeño.
  6. Mix bread crumbs and 2 tbsp E.V.O.O. well and keep crumbly.
  7. Baste back side of each jalapeño in E.V.O.O. and fill will cheese mix.
  8. Cover or layer cheese with bread crumb mix.
  9. Place on foil covered cookie sheet and bake at 450° for 15 min in coveted or till deep golden brown on top. You will smell the jalapeños baking just before they are ready.
  10. Let cool & serve
