  1. Prepare 300 g pork belly
  2. You need 1/4-1/2 c water
  3. Take 4 cloves garlic, minced
  4. Take 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil

  1. Simmer whole pork belly (salted) in water in a pan, flip when water has reduced halfway.

  3. Cut into bite size, return to pan with browned garlic in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté quickly and serve.
