- Take potatoes
- Provide Rock salt
- Take goose fat
- Prepare black pepper
- Provide olive oil
Steps to make Simply Roasted Potatoes:
- Pre heat the oven to 200 C/400 F.
- Peel and cut in half the potatoes.
- Boil for about 12-15 minutes in salted water. A Knife Blade should go in without any resistance once cooked.
- In a ceramic oven proof dish put 3 tsp of olive oil and the goose fat and then place in the pre heated oven to heat ready for the potatoes.
