- Prepare homemade chicken stock or 2 Kallo chicken stock cubes
- Use olive oil
- You need medium onion, diced
- Prepare large carrots, diced
- Take celery sticks chopped
- Use red or green chilli, chopoed
- Provide red split lentils, washed
- Take Whatever other vegetables you'd like to add
- Get Leftover chicken (off the bone)
