- Get 1.5 kg pork ribs
- Prepare 1 teaspoon cumin
- Provide 1 teaspoon paprika
- Provide 1 teaspoon black pepper

- Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees
- Prepare ribs by washing and removing excess fat.

- Wrap in foil tightly and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes checking occasionally. Remove from foil and set oven to 200 degrees
- Alternatively, boil your ribs in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes (instead of step 4) to avoid the slow process of waiting especially if you need it done quickly (or to save on units 😉)
- Place the ribs on the oven rack and bake for another 30 mins or more depending on how dry you’d like it. Wanted it super crunchy so did these for 45 mins.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes
