  1. Take cream cheese 8 oz (softened)
  2. Provide sugar
  3. Provide egg yolk
  4. Provide vanilla extract
  5. You need 8oz Pillsbury crescent rolls
  6. Prepare packed brown sugar
  7. You need melted butter
  8. Use ground cinnamon
Instructions to make Sweet Cheese Delight:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla; beat until well blended.
  3. Unroll 1 can of crescent rolls and press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 glass baking dish making sure that all perforations in the dough are sealed. Spread cream cheese filling evenly on dough.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle half the mixture over the cream cheese filling. On a lightly floured surface, roll out remaining can of dough so it fits over the top of filling in baking dish. Place over filling. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top of dough.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm.
