- Use onion, sweet red yellow orange peppers, chopped
- Take smoked sausage (your choice)
- Get tomato
- Use boneless chicken breast
- You need small chicken boullion cube
- Use small beef boullion cube
- Prepare medium gulf shrimp
- Use shelled crawfish tails Bordeux brand
- Provide lump white crabmeat
- Prepare bay scallops
- Take tomato soup
- Provide all-purpose flour (for Roux)
- Use vegetable oil
- Provide butter (for roux color)
- Get cajun or creole seasoning
- Use Gumbo file (optional for those who don't like Okra)
