  1. Provide 1 ready made puff pastry or homemade
  2. Prepare 2 small onion, cut in half and sliced
  3. Use 60 grams diced chorizo
  4. Take 60 grams spicy chorizo, sliced
  5. Use 1 garlic clove, finely diced
  6. Get butter, to brush the top of pastry only

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200c.
  2. You need a shallow tray big enough to fit the the pastry.
  3. Add greaseproof paper to the tray and again lightly grease the paper again.
