Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only indication of your health levels. It’s about making your body as powerful as it can be.

The ingredients needed to make Spinach and Lentil:
- Prepare 500 gr fresh spinach
- You need 1/2 cup lentil
- Take 1 onion
- You need 2 cloves garlic
- Use Salt, pepper, turmeric
- Provide 1 table spoon fresh lemon juice
- Use 1 table spoon olive oil
- Provide 2 spoons Pomegranate paste (not very sour)
Instructions to make Spinach and Lentil:
- After cleaning and washing the spinach, we chop it and put it aside. Then we put the lentils in the bowl of water to soak for a while.
- In the meantime, we grate the onion, add 1 spoon of olive oil to our pan and fry the onion with little bit of turmeric. When the onion gets the color of gold, we add our chopped garlic and fry them together for a while. Then we add the spinach and continue frying for a few minutes.
- Now it’s time to add the lentils, salt and pepper and fry. Here if you like Pomegranate paste, you can add two spoons and wait for a bit to make a nice color.
- Then we add 1 cup and a half of water and make the fire lower and wait until it gets ready. Add the fresh lemon juice before serving. Bon Apetit!
