- Use 250 gm flour
- Take 1 cup sugar
- You need 1 cup milk

- Once done, preheat ur pan. Add a little oil to heat then pour one serving spoonful of batter on the oil. Using a spoon, spread the butter in one circular motion and let cool till brown. Turn the other side and let cook.once done, remove and let cool.
- I prefer having it cold with hot tea.Point to note, ensure that the heat is not too high for a perfect outcome. I used a jiko n heat was high bt still, it was very sweet and well cooked inside.
