- You need 2 kg leg chops cut in pieces
- Get 50 ml soya sauce
- Use 2 onions chopped
- You need 2 garlic cloves
- Provide 5 ml ginger
- Get 1/2 green pepper

- Fry meat till brown. Add soya sauce and stir.
- Take meat out and keep separate
- In the same pot fry onion, green pepper, garlic, ginger, chopped green pepper, oil, curry powder, cayenne pepper, turmeric, chicken stock. Stir for 2min.
- Add meat, tomatoes and mixed herbs. Slow cook for 1 hour. Serve with rice or Basmati rice
