  4. Add 2 tsp cumin, 1.5 tsp turmeric, 1.5 tsp ground coriander, stir and simmer for a minute.
  5. Add marinated prawns and chopped chilies, simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add 2 tbsp tomato purée and 1 tin of cherry tomatoes, break up some of the cherry tomatoes, stir and bring back to a simmer.
  7. Add 2 tsp brown sugar and juice of half the lemon, stir and simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Add salt and black pepper to taste and a handful of chopped fresh coriander, stir and simmer for a few minutes.
  9. Serve with basmati rice and/or naan bread with some fresh coriander on top.
