  1. Prepare 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  2. Provide 1/2 cup cold water
  3. Get 1/3 cup sugar
  4. Get 1 pinch salt
  5. You need 1 cup boiling water
  6. Take 4 tsp instant coffee crystals
  7. You need 1/4 cup hot water for coffee

  1. sprinkle gelatin into cold water to soften.
  2. add sugar, salt, and boiling water, stir until thoroughly dissolved.
  3. mix coffee crystal with the 1/4c. hot water until dissolved.
  4. add coffee mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. chill in a mold until firm. enjoy!
  6. I like mine cut into cubes and put into cold coffee or in milk. also great by itself!
