The ingredients needed to cook Meatloaf:
  1. Get 2 lb Ground beef
  2. Take 1 cup Dry quick oats
  3. Get 8 oz Tomato sauce
  4. Use 1 Yellow onion
  5. You need 1 Green bell pepper
  6. Get 2 Eggs
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  8. Use 1/2 cup Hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  9. Use 1 tsp Salt
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Pepper
  11. Provide 1 tsp Majoram
  12. Provide 1 Ketchup to taste
Steps to make Meatloaf:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Dice onion and bell pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients, except ketchup, by hand in large mixing bowl until well blended.
  4. Place meat mixture into a shallow baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Place dish into oven for 60 to 90 minutes.
  6. Remove dish from oven when meat is cooked but tender. Use toothpick to test center; when nothing sticks then is done.
  7. Remove foil and cover top of meatloaf with ketchup as preferred.
  8. Place meatloaf in oven uncovered for 10 minutes to crust ketchup.
  9. Remove meatloaf and cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
