There are lots of things you can do to become healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. You can do tiny things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being smart about the choices you make each day is a start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Don’t overlook that health isn’t only about just how much you weigh. You need to make your body as strong as possible.

The ingredients needed to make Cake Pops:
- Use Cake mix, any type, from a box or homemade.
- Get Chocolate
- Use Lollipop sticks, or straws.
- Take Sprinkles, or other decorational products
- Provide Frosting
Steps to make Cake Pops:
- Bake a cake, any type.
- Leave to completely cool.
- Place the cake in a bowl and crumple it all up, kids will love this!! Mash it untill it's all crumbs.
- Choose a flavour of frosting you like and add as much as you need until it becomes something of a dough again. Use anything you like, butter cream, ganache even plain icing will do the trick!!
- Use a spoon or ice-cream scoop to scoop out little balls of the mixture, roll them between your palms until they're as close to spheres as they can get!!
- Place each ball onto some greaseproof paper and put them into the freezer for about 10 minutes until they're firm.
- Melt some chocolate, milk, white or dark.
- Dip the lollipop stick or straw into the chocolate and insert about half way into each of the balls.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate,
- Set aside to completely cool until the chocolate hardens.
- Dip into the chocolate once again to make sure they're complety covered.
- Top with sprinkles or other sweet delights, a good idea is to pipe a design with buttercream onto the balls, experiment a lot with these!!
