- You need 1 lb ground beef
- You need 1 lb ground pork
- Get 1/2 onion
- You need Fresh garlic (to taste)
- Provide Dash pepper
- Get Dash salt
- You need 2 tablespoons garlic
- Provide 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Provide Few splashes of Frank's red hot sauce
- Get 1 teaspoon Dale's seasoning
- Get 1/4 cup bbq sauce (your choice) I use spicy bbq sauce
- Prepare 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Prepare 1 egg
Steps to make Big Daddy Meatloaf:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix in the garlic and onion.
- Mix in everything else. Mix it in well. If it doesnt form correctly, then add more breadcrumbs.
- Place meat mixture in a meatloaf pan. Cover the inside with EVOO.
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Place the loaf in the center of the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 mins.
