- Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add the mustard seed.when thy crakle add hing and curry leaves saute for a few seconds.
- Add in the grated garlic and chopped chilli soute for a few seconds.
- Add the mashed patotos,turmric and salt and mix well.keep aside to cool.

- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.when it is ready.dip each tikki in thy better and then slowly fring each tikki.
- Deep fry all tikki in hot oil. Till golden brown.
