- Use 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Get 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- You need 1 cup sugar
- Get 8 tsp unsalted butter at room temperature
- Provide 3 eggs

- Provide 4 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- Prepare 2 tsp baking soda

- preheat oven to 450° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper lightly sprayed with cooking spray
- cream together butter and peanut butter
- mix in sugar and cream until smooth
- add eggs one at a time mix all after each addition
- mix in vanilla
- in another bowl whisk together baking soda and oats then mix into your peanut butter mixture
- fold in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and m&m's
- scoop into 2 inch balls and place on baking sheet bake for about 10 minutes
